I'm not sure if I follow exactly what his antique box is. But, sence Window
CE is a 32-bit multi-tasking multi-threading system. Have you thought about
just making a multi-boot, DOS and Windows CE system. That way you can send
files to a server on the Win CE and it will also see the other DOS drive.

I have a microxp, FreeDOS/DOS7 multi booting on old hardware here. All the
Drive partitions can be seen and used. Making transfering files no problem.
