Yep.  The console has the look of DOS and simular commands available to it
(where do you think DOS got them from?) so those with DOS experience will
find Linux easier then Windows or Mac users.  However due the multitasking
and multiuser enviroment then comparisons are tough to make.  There is a
GUI in Linux but even that requires knowledge.  Where Linux really shines
is in a network enviroment.

Oh well.  Don't ever upgrade your system then.  I see major changes
everywere that will require relearning.  Even in MS-World.  XP sure screwed
up alot of Win98 users.  I don't know what the 98 holdouts are going to do
in the near future when they find themselves totally out of step and their
systems unsupported.
