Unfortunately, the book we all really want is not available yet.  It is
more than a year overdue.  It is written by the programmers and will be
published by VanNostrand and Reinhold early in 1995, we hope.   I expect a
big announcement when it finally arrives so be watching.  For now, you must
make do with the stuff published by IBM, but it's alot better than nothing
and is fairly cheap.
