Okay I'll try another run at this.

I need a replacement motherboard, which has to be compatible with 
...........

XP, surely to God they all are.
ECS v1.1 although I just noticed someone quoting a version 1.14???????????

If possible it should also be compatible with WindowsME.

If there is no audio, or modem on board then I need 5 PCI slots.

I would like 1 ISA slot but I think I'm dreaming here.

I need to install PCMCIA card from Quatech, I have both a ISA and a PCI 
unit.

It should use PC3200 DDram at minumum 400 bus, socket A with AMD athlon 
min 2100+, drives to be min ata100 80 wire.40 pin.

1 3.5 floppy, and if possible allow a 5.25 floppy although this is not 
critical.

Soooooooooooo, what motherboard do you recommend.

All response appreciated, identify hardware software, you are using please.
