I have an Epox mb here with a (working) onboard VIA Lan (NIC).  When I enabled
my 3-UHCD.sys and 1-EHCD.sys USB's, the LAN quit working.  Dunno why.

I disabled (remm'ed) one "USBUHCD.sys" line in config.sys and the
LAN works OK.

This is easy to try and an easy fix for you if you don't need all the USB active.

I know this is a "long shot", but good help is hard to find these
days....Eh!!
