Guitar Center carries them, and I believe they sell by mail-order.

Stewart MacDondald also carries them... 1-800-848-2273.  Their part number is 
3191 for the 3-way, and 3192 for the 5-way.  They were $10.59 each in the 
Fall '96 catalog, but they do have a $35 minimum order.  A good order filler 
to help reach the $35 is Trick guitar polish, #3008 at $4.99 each, or $3.86 
each if you buy 6 or more (that's like one free for every 5!) and DeoxIT 
contact cleaner, #4030 at $9.35.
Again, these prices are from the Fall '96 catalog and may be higher now.
