It probably will come to happen. But replacement can't be much different
from what we have today since a mail network is net of nodes and people
interchanging message bases. It can't be very different.

I don't think it is that simple there has to be something else. The samll
effort of translating the thing to them may bring later whatever gripes
they may have.
A communication network is for these things precisely, to communicate. If
we don't then the problem is not with the technology or the policy but with
the use we humans make of them.

;)    You bet I will, especially in this case. My translation of the
summary could do with a style proof-reading, not much needed there, but
translating the actual text of the proposal is something much more serious
and I will certainly give it to several people to read it an comment on it
before I submit it as final :)  Renato will be asked as well so as to have
opinions from someone from that zone too.

I'm glad to see my point got through :)  It is in fact but only at certain
levels and for certain segments of the world's population.
