Hi all!

I was wondering if there was a way to tell BBBS to use SMTP authentication when
sending out emails via smtp to an SMTP server that requires it before sending
any emails?  I would like to use my on-premise Exchange server as a smart host
to send emails out, but SMTP connections need to be authenticated before the
"mail from:" and "rcpt to:" clauses can be sent.
