That is does, surely.  As I was editing my reply to Lee, I came upon one of
those 'Eureka!' moments again.  :)  I kept mis-reading the output when
searching for those addresses.  They weren't "no-find" results,
they were actual "find" results!

E.g., the trouble is the batch can't see the difference between a
"Zone,1,North_America," and an admin
",1,Zone_1_Echomail_" when using a simple pattern match of just
",1,".

Da-ding!  :)
