Well, my parents are only in the country upto a maximum of 12 weeks per year 
(they work in Saudi Arabia....they usually only spend 6-8 weeks here)....its 
not worth the hassle subscribing to a service for just incase there's an 
emergency (there hasn't been one, but there was a close call last summer or 
was it the summer before that.....must've been, didn't have my cellular 
then....but I had my two-way radio)
