Borland recently held a convention of their own, and was even more
blatant about it than that. They didn't go quite as far as saying that
there would be no more development on OWL, but stated that they were
looking for a partner to continue development of OWL. About all they'd
say about OWL and their own future was that they needed to work on
making it easier for developers to convert their code from OWL to VCL.
