GB> Are you now saying that it only becomes illegal when the GB> such income is an actuality rather than a possibility. RS> Yes, its what happens that matters, not whats possible. GB> Then what you are saying is that a scheme is only illegal if it works? RS> Nope, that its only illegal if it actually happens. RS> Nope, if you are actually operating an illegal pyramid marketing RS> scheme, it doesnt matter how successful it is, what matters is RS> if you are operating an illegal pyramid marketing scheme or not I seem to be missing your line of argument. First it's illegal ONLY if income is derived. Then it's illegal if it happens regardless of income derived. Finally it doesn't matter whether it works or not, it is illegal by definition. Could you please anser my original question. What defines a pyramid selling scheme and how does that differ from network marketing? --- Maximus/2 2.02* Origin: The OS/2 Cellar BBS * 61-7-216-2539 (3:640/208) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 624/300 640/101 201 208 217 230 301 305 309 SEEN-BY: 640/820 821 822 823 690/660 711/409 410 413 430 510 807 808 809 816 SEEN-BY: 711/933 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 640/208 301 820 711/409 808 809 934 |
