Ouch.. Sounds like pounding a nail in with a jack-hammer to me. :-)
Wouldn't it be simpler to just scan the drive (or LIBPATH) for
occurrences of the DLL and delete them? RexxUtil's SysFileTree would make
this a snap.

In theory this would be nice and would work for in-house projects. But
for widespread use it would be nearly impossible without some type of
registry that is accessible to everyone producing DLLs.
