Yeah, well this is why we stick with OS/2, right? Hope you get it
working, I think for now I'll stick with the parallel port.  Besides, I
have an Epson  stylus color 600 and don't think it could run any faster
than it does now. It's held up a  lot less with OS/2 than it is with
windy.

Unless the parallel port speed is really slow,  I cannot figure out why
8 parallel bits are slower than 8 serial bits. I would think that the
usb would have to transer eight to ten times (or more) faster to
outpace the parallel port. Maybe it does. Am I thinking wrong?
