Hi Jon,

Back when I was the IT Officer for the Weather Bureau in Brisbanem, 
running at that time WFWG(3.11) under PC-NFS 5.1, we used to have 
full-screen Telnet sessions with colored hightlighting etc., and a full 
complement of function keys specifically set-up for Telnetting to 
Databases hosted on Federal Govt. Mainframes in 
Canberra/Melbourne/Sydney etc.

Is that a bit different to what you get under XP? There are usually 
functions available for setting the type of terminal emulation - just as 
in OS/2 Telnet.
