Hey, He paid for them (bought them) so why can't he sell them

Seems it is OK to spend money but it is illegal to make money
Is that what you are saying ( and a whole $20 for 5 disks too )

The man desperately wants $20 and you want to argue with him!!

Microsoft make money selling you software and then they stop you 
selling it by making it illegal, only so they can get bigger and the 
little bloke has got no show
