I don't know what the problem is, but I have no problems here with Watcom C/C++
Version 10 and Warp Beta II.  You may want to call their BBS and download the
newest patches (A) for Watcom C/C++ 10 (about 5 megs) or if you have access to
Internet, ftp ftp.watcom.on.ca.  This may fix your problems.

You could also try running the 2 executable programs (BATSERV.EXE and
NMPBIND.EXE) from the command line after the WPS is loaded and see what
happens.
