I have a customer who if norton is enabled they can't download their email,
it starts then times out, if they disable norton then they can download
their email.

The weird thing is I have 1000 customers who have norton installed and the
rest of them aren't having this problem.

Anyone got any ideas? I've found hundreds of links to this problem on
google but nobody really says why norton stops responding during the
transaction.
