Strange - I'm developing a DPMI application under OS/2 with BP7 and it
*doesn't* have any such problem: using OS/2 2.11, DPMI_API set to
"AUTO", Borland Pascal with Objects 7.01.
It's a 16-bit DPMI application that periodically switches into graphics
mode, too, and it's about as stable as you'll find. What version of the
RTM loader/kernel are you using? I'm running RTM 1.1 here (it still has
bugs, but crashing ain't one of them). The only time the application has
crashed the window has been when a legitimate DPMI bug has existed in *my*
code, not in either OS/2 or the Borland libraries.

Turbo Pascal 6 does not produce DOS extended (DPMI) applications, ergo the
app was running in real mode. Support for producing DPMI applications only
came with BP7 (TP7 can't do it either).

The problem is neither OS/2 nor the Borland libraries per se; hey, if I
can get this beast running, so can anyone! It's quite possibly a
configuration error or conflict, however.
