Don't discount the values of homeopathic, holistic, nutritionalisic and
erbal
remedies. There are valid an valuable in many diseases. Alopathic
doctors (that's what they call western medicine) are beginning to
refer patients more and more for help. It makes you feel good.
These herbs and supplements give you energy, brighten your outlook and give
you a
general feeling of health. Not an unnatural high, either. The down
side is that it is expensive and there are a lot of quacks out
there.
As I clearly stated, use of ritalin under a
