Lynn: refresh still exists in Warp 4. LMB->View->Refresh now.

The trick to making OS/2 remap its color palette is to open and then close
any window (E.G. the task list) twice. This will work unless an application
is still requesting colors outside of the standard palette.

Nope. The only way to get rid of the palette problem is to use a video mode
with more than 256 colors.
Making the WPS palette manager aware makes this problem _worse_ rather than
better.
