Very good job.  I think you covered all the main issues.  As for the
"root" login you pointed out the dangers although you might wish
to add a bit as to why it can be dangerous wrt enviromental configuration
issues.  Often people are tempted to take the easy way out and grant root
priviledges to users when it isn't really needed.  That is usually when
things go awry in a BIG way.  Permissions are a real handy thing to know
when running Linux or any other UNIXie enviroment for that matter.
