Thanks much. You've opened up the whole ANSI command set for me. LIST
attempts had been driving me nuts. Thought I had tried EDIT but
evidently I did something wrong. I could not even use ANSI [2J to clear
screen. Your program solved that too, of course. Again thanks.     Jake
