Hmm..
So i just picked up a Pioneer LD, mod 505, and it dosn't have digital out... 
(but it was alot cheaper than the 605...) and the audio is... well.. OK.
I was thinking about taking it back, and getting one with Digital outs... but 
i'm not sure if that would be worth it... its quite a bit more money... and 
DVD is supposed to be here "any day now" (although, i worry about the quality 
of the MPEG implementation...etc..)...
What's the word here on DVD?  Anyone hear anything about the proposed 
"Audio-Only" DVD format (something like 96khz i think)???
