https://www.malwarebytes.org/
The first sentence says it all:
/Malwarebytes Anti-Malware catches threats that antivirus doesn't./
MBAM is not an antivirus (see -anti-malware- in the name).
Kaspersky is an antivirus.
They do not duplicate, but they supplement each other.
(catches threats that antivirus doesn't.)
I use my antivirus AND Mbam (pro) both real-time without any conflict.
I have a second antivirus and a second antimalware program installed
for on-demand second opinion.
