I have just installed this, and found two minor quibbles.  The first
(minor) one is that in the instructions, you are told to put select.dll in
the current path - experimenting showed that this meant in the mac
directory, and not in (say) a directory in the PATH like winnt\system32. 
I found that misleading.  But solvable.  The other point is that if I load
tse in a dos window (actually a 4nt window - I do most of my work from a
4nt prompt), the icon changed to the new yellow tse icon, which persisted
after the tse window was closed.  So my 4nt session gets identified with
the tse icon, not particularly satisfactory.  I did disable this behaviour
by killing all icon options, but that wasn't particularly clearly
explained.. - since it took a few minutes for me to figure this out, I
thought there might be others who'd like the hint.  I did not figure out
how to get the yellow tse icon to show up if I loaded tse directly (from a
desktop shortcut) but not from 4nt, nor how to get it to display when tse
was loaded (from 4nt) but to leave when tse was closed, reverting to the
4nt icon.  As I prefer another tse icon for tse loaded from the desktop,
and am happy with the 4nt icon (with the text E32 filename) when I load
tse via 4nt, I can live with this, but it is a puzzle anyway...
