None that I've seen.  Here's the basics...
Get your system running right w/o the BBS.  If your Win95 install is good,
and you have the system running the way you like it, then worry about the
BBS.
Next, find/use WinFossil.  This will improve the performance of your BBS
under Win95.  (I use 2048 for buffers in both directions here, and lock at
38400.. your mileage may vary... play around for best performance.)
Next, set up the properties for your BBS window/node so that there's no
screen saver, and set the Idle Sensitivity about 4 clicks to the right of the
full left position.  (Slide the control with your mouse... you'll see it
"clicks" into each position)  I also recommend setting the "Warn If Still
Active" selection as well.
