subject: echomail setup for Windows

Hey man. I've tried to find updated info on setting up any kind of echomail
with the Windows version of Mystic BBS, and the only one I've found is for
the Linux version, so there's a lot of info missing (or I'm just a moron). I
was wondering if you could help me by pointing out somewhere I could follow a
step-by-step document on how to set it up? I haven't setup one in a really
long time, so it's all fairly new to me. I thought I'd set it up (mostly)
correctly, but I don't think it is. Thanks man.
