    The virus scan programs were:  McAfee, Norton, IBM and another that I 
don't remember the name of.  Not exactly "poor" virus checkers...
    Either way... doesn't matter anymore.  I occasionally find the Stealth 
"virus" on floppies and delete them but other than that... it's gone... dead 
issue.
