I'm not trying to start a war here, promise.  I realized that I hadn't read P4 
in a very, very long time and decided to give it a read.

I've always figured that since echomail has become a big part of Fidonet that 
"certain rules would apply".

From what I've seen, in othernets including my own, netmail and echomail are 
both covered by the same policies.
