Thank you!  I'm hoping many others will do the same for their language
specific areas.  It does little good to create something that only a
few can understand.

I suggest he (and all other RC's) to contact the IC to A) let him know
that they are still around, and B) ask for info on the amendment.  It
doesn't have to be crash/direct either...

You may already have read the summery in The Snooze, and Ward has
been netmailing/emailing the RC's in Z2... I am waiting on my latest
inquiry regarding his progress.  When I hear something, I'll relay
it here (if he doesn't do so himself).

This particular topic is not within the scope of our current proposal.
The debates and opinions here are (may be) a matter for future Policy
amendments, but more likely for future FTSC versions.  I don't forsee
them entering Policy more than they do at present (referenced).  ;-)
