No.  They did NOT include os/2 versions of the editor,  resource workshop,
and some other debugging tools.   Send them a note (1:221/186) and tell
them you want to see OS/2 versions of these.

I guess there reasoning was that these things were already included with
OS/2 (EPM) and/or the included IBM Programming toolkit
(dlgedit.exe/fontedit.exe/rc.exe).
