I have two myself, and Sparky started doing this around December. I'd find 
all these feathers on the floor and in his cage. I kind of figure he's 
jealous of Mikey and he's venting his frustrations out on himself.
But anyway, my sister suggested to lightly spray him with water or put a bowl 
out on the cage for him to go in himself.
It helps almost 100%. I still think he's jealous, but it could be because the 
house might be to dry for him.
