It all depends what you're after and the time of day/night. It's nowhere
near as fast as Ozemail but then it's 1/5 of the hourly price for the deal
I signed on for ($1/hour, min $15/month).

As an example, last night it was down to 200 CPS on a 28.8k connection.
Other nights I've ftped files at 3000+ CPS. I have noticed that trying to
connect within Australia can be worse than getting files from OS some
times.

They don't support OS/2 but I have no problems connecting with Warp's DOIP
via a slip connection with a .cmd file.

They do support Windows 3.1, Win95, Macintosh and Linux.
