Afraid I can't say.  The Watcom tech on CI$ said that is what they were for
¨and since my company is too cheap to reimburse my CIS access time I use to
¨support things like Watcom C++ (which I own personally) I called Canada
and ¨didn't want to push the phone bill to triple digits so I didn't get
the help ¨file patch.
