Or that that msg produces a dud PKT in SOME circumstances as yet
unresolved Paul. That is not exactly unheard of in computing and
is also a good reason why sending you a one liner which isnt what
is actually used to produce the PKT isnt exactly a terrific idea.

AFTER we see that you get a different result on your system
than mine, to check to see if the EXE is actually identical.

Pity you havent actually shown why thats the only way to go.

Its basically Brentons and I have been meaning to redo it
completely, it has almost no checks on anything going wrong,
even something as basic as just running out of hard drive space,
so that was just a quick and dirty. You can however make a case
that your way isnt necessarily the best, the way its done means
that a change in the point number is changed in ONE place only.
