Of course it won't emulate Windows.  You bought the copy without Windows
included.  You have to already have Windows installed.  If you had
bought the OS/2 2.1 GA instead of OS/2 2.1 for Windows, it would emulate
Windows.

Lots of luck.  Version 3 was just released and the one without windows
is selling for about $79.  Stores have been dumping their stock of v2.1
recently for about $15 a copy with coupons good for either $25 or $50
off of the next version.

BTW, since this is the programming conference, it might be better if we
move this thread over to the OS/2 conference.  Please post your response
there.
