Ok, I don't actually know the metastock format (would have helped
if you had listed it here), but I'll go back through this echo to
see if anyone else has posted details of the format.  Actually I
have some American stock info too, maybe that is in metastock
format, I don't know.

You have to FREQ it.  To get the tools required to do a FREQ,
dial (02)436-1785 and follow the instructions.  FREQing frees
up time on my system (instead of waiting for users to remember
how to spell their name).  BFN.  Paul.

Are you sure you need it in metastock format, as that is not
ASCII.  I would expect that the program you are using that
reads metastock format will also accept some form of ASCII
input, which is what I can provide easily.  Failing that, I
need some sample data of metastock with known inputs.
