If you have Cset/++ you need to look up in the vio family of os/2
api's how to do it. (Its something like VioClrScr or VioCls) or if you
have a different one (borland or watcom for example)  in there clib is a
function most likly _clearscreen with basically just calls the vio
function.

P.S.  You should look up the vio functions for they allow os/2 text
apps to do color graphics etc.
