Good advice, though I would add to it just a bit.    If the unit
is old enough,  there may be some difference between the marked battery
capacity and those of the new ones,  so a set of good measurements is also
in order.

And,  there's not that much difference between brands,  though I too tended
to like the Powersonic brand,  and have had good luck with them.  A given
AH capacity and terminal configuration for a given physical size seems to
be pretty much of a standard in the industry these days.

Shipping is going to be a factor.
