The model # is 42AC it comes with the speakers, yes she is interested in 
selling it, she found something that shows it sold for $106 back in 1929.

   I checked a antique radio price book for the model 42AC and it
current minimun selling price would be around 125 to 150.00 dollars. You
would also have to include s&h to the seller to cover all costs. If she
still wishes to sell it I will offer $125.00 plus S&H.
