BWAHAHAHA.  Jim, Jim, Jim.  Come on.  I worked at NORAD in Cheyenne
Mountain, and there were PLENTY of 'mistakes'.  'Zero Defects' was
a nice goal but far from reality.  What do you think 'Broken Arrow'
practices were for?
