Two totally different things. Abiding by rules has nothing, zero,
nada, zip to do with past experience. It happens I do not have a
current medical because I've been too occupied by other matters,
but I have sufficient experience that I would have no qualms (aside
from the minor legal consideration) about hopping into any of about
300 or more different types of aircraft and making a safe and suc-
cessful flight, if the occasion should arise.
... Don't take life seriously, it isn't permanent.
