Exactly. That's exactly what I did. No 1024 cylinder error message that way.
Told you already, the 1024 cylinder errormessage is a specific eCS1.1 
installer problem. And a problem of the manufacturers stubbernly denying 
that mere fact.

On the other hand there were enough of problems. As I told already, 
you'll get the best result after unchecking all bells en whistles, after 
which you'll end with a nice and stable Warp4 deskop.

Just one example. I've spent days (over 7 hours days) in searching why 
the whole thing messed up immediately after a printer install. Turned 
out at the T-40 the parallel port is set by default at a non standard 
address. Apparently the installer can't cope with that.


btw: what I really would like to know, did you manage to enable sound in 
winos2?
