Kris...the copy and paste I did is right off of the page and it says
"T41" systems

For the T40, you can chalk up this error to the webmaster because that web page
clearly says "T40p" at the top of the page.

Jeeze Kris, who is talking about "R" systems (r40 &r41) ...not me.

My note to you was, and  about T40 and T41 systems.

I see nothing misleading consumers in the T40 and T41 urls I posted.
...And if you sued, you would loose.
