subject: C Set++ & Swapfile

GM> So is this 30MB swapfile for C++ located in \tmp ?

No. The TMP dir (dedfined by the TMP environment variable) is used to
create smallish transitional files.

The swap space defined on the box is for swapper.dat.

 GM> The reason I ask is because I have a separate 23MB partition
 GM> set aside for the OS/2 swapfile. If C Set++ uses the system

That will probably be big enough, assuming you have 16mb of ram, or you
are using C instead of C++.

If you are not happy about this, try Watcom; it has its roots in dos and
therefore has a much smaller memory footprint.
