What you have is (1) a notice for the discontinuation and replacement of a
SITOR ship-to-shore freq, (2) a weather report, and (3) a list of ships that
have radio-telephone traffic waiting for them.
If you need further help, I can get you an address from WLO that will list
all their freqs for their various services.
Just one question: did you pick this up on an FEC transmission, or a morse?
