subject: Caboose Parentage

Hi All,
A close friend (Harold Russell) has authored many articles and scale drawings
in Model Railroading magazine over the past many years. He is currently
studying two cabooses, whose parentage is unknown. Can anyone identify the
parentage of these cabooses:
        1. Wooden caboose located at New Woodstock, N.Y. and labeled Lehigh
Valley. Is it really LV or was it from some other road? If so, what railroad?
        2. Wooden side door caboose located in Arcade, N.Y., that was once
used
by the Arcade and Attica. This caboose is rumored to be ex New York
Susquehanna
and Western. It is now privately owned by Mr. E. Rule. I have not been able
o
find any confirming photos of it in pre A&A use, if indeed that be the case.
Any help you can give would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob K.
