Slightly inaccurate, though close enough for comparison purposes, as radio
waves are electromagnetic and can travel through a vaccume, but not an
insulator, and sound waves are pressure waves and cannot travel through a
vaccume, but may pass through many electrical insulators. The usable RF
spectrum goes all the way from a couple of hz (well below the range of human
hearing), through the ghz range where we find microwave, spread spectrum,
etc...
