The PL/I Toolkit contains a GUI programming tool. It generates
all the messy PM code for you. You just insert the PL/I logic.
The GUI build generates the program, help files, resource files,
make file, etc. It also contains reuable code blocks for common
PL/I and OS/2 operations. Over 200 code blocks are provided and
you can add additional ones.
Two other companies are also selling visual tools for PL/I. They
are PLYWARE and GPF.
